MDR provides arbitration services pursuant to the parties private agreement with a focus on professional liability and employment claims. We believe that arbitration should be the less-expensive alternative to litigating matters in court — though experience has shown this is generally not the case at most arbitration firms.
We strive to ensure that arbitration is less expensive through streamlined discovery and arbitration hearings where the Rules of Evidence matter and will be followed just as if the parties were in court. MDR is committed to providing the parties a fair and impartial adjudication of their dispute with a well-reasoned and fair result.
